To provide an opportunity for new young leaders in the Maharashtra Congress, Amir Shaikh has resigned from the position of NSUI Maharashtra President.
The former NSUI Maharashtra President and youth leader, Advocate Amir Shaikh, today submitted his resignation as NSUI Maharashtra President to the President of the Indian National Congress, Shri Mallikarjun Kharge.
Serving in this important position for nearly 9 years, Amir Shaikh worked tirelessly for the rights and bright future of students in Maharashtra, adhering to the principles of NSUI. He showcased his leadership and dedication in various roles, including College President, State Secretary, and State Vice President.
In his resignation letter, Amir Shaikh expressed gratitude for his tenure and emphasized the need for fresh and innovative ideas for future leadership. He extended his best wishes for the work being carried forward by the upcoming generation of NSUI Maharashtra.
While submitting his resignation, Shaikh expressed his gratitude towards the leadership of the Congress Party and NSUI and acknowledged their guidance.
Shaikh stated that he would remain committed to the goals and principles of the Indian National Congress and NSUI and would continue to support and assist the organization in any capacity in the future.
Under Amir Shaikh's leadership, NSUI Maharashtra raised voices on various student issues and fought for education, employment, and students' rights. His relentless efforts have been appreciated at all levels.
